Artikel 2. Toepasselijkheid
2.1. Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op het online aanbod van SU SUIS Studio via de website www.susuisstudio.nl en op elke tot stand gekomen overeenkomst op afstand tussen SU SUIS Studio en consument.
2.2. Door een bestelling te plaatsen in de webshop van SU SUIS Studio of via andere communicatiemiddelen zoals e-mail, WhatsApp, Instagram en Facebook verklaar je akkoord te gaan met de bijbehorende voorwaarden.
2.3. SU SUIS Studio heeft te allen tijde het recht deze algemene voorwaarden en de inhoud van de website te wijzigen.
Artikel 3. Het aanbod
3.1. SU SUIS Studio werkt met natuurlijk materialen zoals edelstenen, parels en parelmoer. Omdat elk sieraad uniek is en er kleine verschillen kunnen zijn in kleur en vorm, dienen de gebruikte foto’s slechts ter illustratie van het aanbod. Ook kan het type beeldscherm waarop je de producten bekijkt invloed hebben op de kleur van het sieraad.
Artikel 4. De overeenkomst
4.1. De overeenkomst wordt bindend op het moment dat je jouw bestelling plaatst via de webshop of andere vormen van communicatie zoals e-mail, WhatsApp, Instagram of Facebook.
4.2. SU SUIS Studio heeft het recht een bestelling te weigeren en de overeenkomst zonder opgaaf van reden te ontbinden.
Artikel 5. Prijzen
5.1. De in het aanbod genoemde prijzen zijn inclusief BTW.
5.2. Alle prijzen in de webshop zijn onder voorbehoud van prijswijzigingen en/of typefouten.
5.3. Gewijzigde prijzen hebben geen invloed op reeds geplaatste bestellingen.
Artikel 6. Verzendkosten
6.1. SU SUIS Studio hanteert vaste verzendkosten van €5,95 binnen Nederland en €10,95 voor overige landen binnen de EU.
6.2. Verzending is gratis bij bestellingen boven de €100,-
Artikel 7. Betaling
7.1. Betalingen van online bestellingen via de webshop verlopen via Shopify Payments en Mollie. Het is mogelijk te betalen met iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro en UnionPay.
7.2. Voor bestellingen geplaatst per e-mail, WhatsApp of social media wordt gebruik gemaakt van een betaling via Tikkie.
7.3. Het eigendom van de geleverde producten gaat pas over op de consument nadat het totale verschuldigde bedrag aan SU SUIS Studio is voldaan.
Artikel 8. Levering
8.1. Na ontvangst van betaling streeft SU SUIS Studio ernaar jouw bestelling te verwerken binnen 2-3 werkdagen. Mocht dit onverwacht niet mogelijk zijn, dan ontvang je hiervan zo snel mogelijk bericht.
8.2. Na het plaatsen van je bestelling krijg je bericht wanneer je bestelling verzonden wordt.
8.3. Uiteraard kan het voorkomen dat door omstandigheden de bestelling later wordt verzonden. Je wordt hiervan op de hoogte gebracht.
8.4. Overschrijding van enige leveringstermijn geeft geen recht op schadevergoeding.
8.5. Als plaats van levering geldt het opgegeven verzendadres. Eventuele extra kosten als gevolg van een verkeerd doorgegeven afleveradres zijn voor rekening van de consument.
8.6. Na ontvangst van je bestelling dien je deze direct te controleren op eventuele gebreken en deze indien van toepassing binnen 48 uur te melden per email: bonjour@susuisstudio.nl
Artikel 9. Verzenden
9.1. SU SUIS Studio verzendt alleen binnen Nederland en overige landen binnen de EU.
9.2. Je bestelling wordt goed beschermd verzonden in een brievenbuspakje met track en trace code via PostNL. Het pakketje past door de brievenbus.
9.3. SU SUIS Studio streeft ernaar jouw bestelling te verwerken en verzenden binnen 2-3 werkdagen. De verzendduur binnen Nederland is over het algemeen 1-2 werkdagen. De totale levertijd is daarmee 3-5 werkdagen. Heb je jouw bestelling voor een bepaalde tijd nodig, houd hier dan rekening mee.
9.4. Na het afleveren van jouw pakketje bij PostNL ontvang je een Track en Trace code waarmee je jouw pakketje kunt volgen.
9.5. SU SUIS Studio is niet aansprakelijk voor verlies, beschadiging of vertraging door PostNL.
Artikel 10. Herroepingsrecht
10.1. Wanneer je niet tevreden bent met je aankoop heb je de mogelijkheid je bestelling terug te sturen binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van je bestelling.
10.2. Persoonlijke op maat gemaakte producten (custom made) zijn uitgesloten van het herroepingsrecht.
10.3. Vanwege hygiënische redenen kunnen oorbellen niet geretourneerd worden.
10.4. Wanneer je gebruik wilt maken van het herroepingsrecht stuur je een email naar bonjour@susuisstudio.nl met daarin:
- het bestelnummer van de order waarop de herroeping van toepassing is
- het product waarvoor je het herroepingsrecht wilt gebruiken
- de reden van retour
10.5. Nadat SU SUIS Studio je retouraanvraag bevestigd heeft verstuur je het product goed beschermd in de originele verpakking (zowel de originele verzendverpakking als de originele cadeauverpakking) inclusief aankoopbewijs, naam, adres en contactgegevens naar het onderstaande postadres (dit is geen bezoekadres):

10.6. Het is alleen mogelijk een product te retourneren in originele, ongedragen en onbeschadigde staat. SU SUIS Studio heeft het recht beschadigde en/of gebruikte items te weigeren.
10.7. Zowel de kosten als het risico van verzenden zijn bij een retournering voor rekening van de consument.
10.8. Na ontvangst van je retourzending wordt het bedrag binnen 14 dagen teruggestort op de bankrekening welke gebruikt is tijdens het plaatsen van de bestelling.
Artikel 11. Garantie & Reparaties
11.1. Op alle sieraden van SU SUIS Studio geldt een garantietermijn van 3 maanden op productie- en materiaalfouten. De garantie gaat in op de datum van aankoop van het product zoals aangegeven op het aankoopbewijs.
11.2. Om gebruik te maken van de garantie stuur je een foto en beschrijving van het sieraad samen met het aankoopbewijs naar bonjour@susuisstudio.nl om te kijken of het sieraad te repareren is. Als reparatie niet mogelijk is mag je het sieraad ruilen voor een soortgelijke sieraad of een tegoedbon. Bijkomende verzendkosten zijn voor rekening van de consument.
11.3. Wij geven geen garantie in de volgende gevallen:
- Diefstal of verlies
- Opzettelijk aangebrachte schade
- Schade als gevolg van onjuist en/of onvoorzichtig gebruik zoals krassen, deuken, valschade, verbuigingen
- Schade als gevolg van gebrekkige zorg en onderhoud (zie de instructies bij Jewelry Care op de website)
- Waterschade en schade door chemicaliën
- Normale gebruiksschade, veroudering of slijtage van de materialen
- Verkleuringen van het sieraad
- Eigen of door een andere partij aangebrachte aanpassingen en reparaties van het sieraad
- Reparaties
11.4. Mocht de garantie niet van toepassing zijn, dan kan het sieraad indien dit mogelijk is gerepareerd worden tegen vergoeding. Stuur een email naar bonjour@susuisstudio.nl en vraag naar de mogelijkheden.
11.5. SU SUIS Studio biedt haar reparatieservice uitsluitend aan voor haar eigen collectie en niet voor sieraden van andere merken.
Artikel 12. Aansprakelijkheid
12.1. SU SUIS Studio kan niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden voor klachten die ontstaan zijn door verkeerd gebruik van de producten.
12.2. De inhoud van de webshop en overige uitingen van SU SUIS Studio zijn zeer zorgvuldig samengesteld. SU SUIS Studio kan echter niet uitsluiten dat bepaalde informatie niet juist en/of onvolledig is. SU SUIS Studio is niet aansprakelijk voor de gevolgen van onjuiste of onvolledige informatie, door haar onbedoeld verstrekt.
12.3. In geval van overmacht is SU SUIS Studio niet gehouden tot vergoeding van de daardoor bij de consument ontstane schade.
Artikel 13. Gift Cards
13.1. De giftcard vertegenwoordigt een vooraf betaalde waarde in euro's.
13.2. De giftcard is niet inwisselbaar voor geld.
13.3. Giftcards zijn niet geldig in combinatie met sale, speciale acties of kortingscodes.
13.4. Indien het aankoopbedrag hoger is dan de waarde voor de giftcard, dient het verschil te worden bijbetaald. Indien het aankoopbedrag lager is dan de waarde van de giftcard, blijft het resterende saldo beschikbaar tot de vervaldatum.
13.5. De giftcard is geldig tot de vervaldatum vermeld op de kaart. Dit is standaard 2 jaar na uitgiftedatum. Na de vervaldatum vervalt het resterende saldo automatisch zonder recht op restitutie.
13.6. Verlies, diefstal of beschadiging van de giftcard wordt niet vergoed.
13.7. SU SUIS Studio is niet aansprakelijk voor misbruik van de gift card door derden. In geval van fraude of oneigenlijk gebruik behoudt SU SUIS Studio zich het recht voor de gift card ongeldig te verklaren.
14. Toepasselijk recht en geschillen
14.1. Op alle rechten, verplichtingen, aanbiedingen, bestellingen en overeenkomsten waarop deze algemene voorwaarden van toepassing zijn is uitsluitend het Nederlands Recht van toepassing.
14.2. Het kan voorkomen dat je niet tevreden bent over een product en/of dienst. Neem dan zo snel mogelijk contact met op met SU SUIS Studio en stuur een e-mail naar: bonjour@susuisstudio.nl. SU SUIS Studio zal zo spoedig mogelijk reageren en kijken naar een passende oplossing.
Artikel 15. Intellectueel eigendom
15.1. Op alle foto’s en afbeeldingen van SU SUIS Studio berust auteursrecht. Het is niet toegestaan, zonder schriftelijke toestemming, tekst- en/of beeldmateriaal te kopiëren van de website, webshop en hieraan gelinkte communicatie-uitingen van SU SUIS Studio om op te slaan, te publiceren, te verveelvoudigen of anderszins te gebruiken.

Article 2. Applicability
2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to the online offering of SU SUIS Studio via the website www.susuisstudio.nl and to every distance agreement concluded between SU SUIS Studio and the consumer.
2.2. By placing an order in the SU SUIS Studio webshop or via other means of communication such as email, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook, you agree to the applicable terms and conditions.
2.3. SU SUIS Studio reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions and the content of the website at any time.
Article 3. The Offer
3.1. SU SUIS Studio works with natural materials such as gemstones, pearls and mother-of-pearl. As each piece of jewelry is unique and minor differences in color and shape may occur, the photos used are for illustrative purposes only. The type of screen on which you view the products may also affect the appearance of the jewelry's color.
Article 4. The Agreement
4.1. The agreement becomes binding at the moment you place your order via the webshop or other forms of communication such as email, WhatsApp, Instagram or Facebook.
4.2. SU SUIS Studio reserves the right to refuse an order and to dissolve the agreement without stating reasons.
Article 5. Prices
5.1. The prices stated in the offer are inclusive of VAT.
5.2. All prices in the webshop are subject to price changes and/or typographical errors.
5.3. Changed prices do not affect orders that have already been placed.
Article 6. Shipping Costs
6.1. SU SUIS Studio charges a flat shipping fee of €5.95 within the Netherlands and €10.95 for other countries within the EU.
6.2. Shipping is free for orders above €100.
Article 7. Payment
7.1. Payments for online orders via the webshop are processed through Shopify Payments and Mollie. Payment is possible with iDEAL | Wero, Bancontact, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro and UnionPay.
7.2. For orders placed via email, WhatsApp or social media, payment is processed via Tikkie.
7.3. Ownership of the delivered products is only transferred to the consumer once the total amount owed to SU SUIS Studio has been paid in full.
Article 8. Delivery
8.1. Upon receipt of payment, SU SUIS Studio aims to process your order within 2–3 business days. Should this unexpectedly not be possible, you will be notified as soon as possible.
8.2. After placing your order, you will receive a notification when your order has been shipped.
8.3. It may occasionally occur that due to circumstances your order is shipped later. You will be informed of this.
8.4. Exceeding any delivery deadline does not give rise to any right to compensation.
8.5. The delivery address is the shipping address provided. Any additional costs resulting from an incorrectly provided delivery address are at the consumer's expense.
8.6. Upon receipt of your order, you must inspect it immediately for any defects and, if applicable, report them within 48 hours by email: bonjour@susuisstudio.nl
Article 9. Shipping
9.1. SU SUIS Studio ships within the Netherlands and other countries within the EU only.
9.2. Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped in a letterbox parcel with a track and trace code via PostNL. The parcel fits through the letterbox.
9.3. SU SUIS Studio aims to process and ship your order within 2–3 business days. Delivery within the Netherlands generally takes 1–2 business days, making the total delivery time 3–5 business days. If you need your order by a specific date, please take this into account.
9.4. Once your parcel has been handed over to PostNL, you will receive a Track & Trace code to follow your shipment.
9.5. SU SUIS Studio is not liable for loss, damage or delay caused by PostNL.
Article 10. Right of Withdrawal
10.1. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return your order within 14 days of receipt.
10.2. Personalized custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
10.3. For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned.
10.4. If you wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, please send an email to bonjour@susuisstudio.nl including:
- the order number to which the withdrawal applies
- the product for which you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal
- the reason for the return
10.5. After SU SUIS Studio has confirmed your return request, please send the product well-protected in its original packaging (both the original shipping packaging and the original gift packaging), including proof of purchase, name, address and contact details, to the postal address below (this is not a visiting address):

10.6. Products may only be returned in their original, unworn and undamaged condition. SU SUIS Studio reserves the right to refuse damaged and/or used items.
10.7. Both the costs and the risk of return shipping are at the consumer's expense.
10.8. Upon receipt of your return, the amount will be refunded within 14 days to the bank account used when placing the order.
Article 11. Warranty & Repairs
11.1. All SU SUIS Studio jewelry carries a 3-month warranty against manufacturing and material defects. The warranty commences on the date of purchase as stated on the proof of purchase.
11.2. To make use of the warranty, please send a photo and description of the jewelry along with proof of purchase to bonjour@susuisstudio.nl to assess whether the piece can be repaired. If repair is not possible, you may exchange the jewelry for a similar piece or a gift voucher. Additional shipping costs are at the consumer's expense.
11.3. No warranty is provided in the following cases:
- Theft or loss
- Intentional damage
- Damage resulting from improper and/or careless use such as scratches, dents, impact damage, or bending
- Damage resulting from inadequate care and maintenance (see the Jewelry Care instructions on the website)
- Water damage and damage caused by chemicals
- Normal wear and tear, aging or deterioration of materials
- Discoloration of the jewelry
- Modifications or repairs made by the customer or a third party
- Repairs
11.4. Should the warranty not apply, the jewelry may, where possible, be repaired for a fee. Please send an email to bonjour@susuisstudio.nl to enquire about the options.
11.5. SU SUIS Studio offers its repair service exclusively for its own collection and not for jewelry from other brands.
Article 12. Liability
12.1. SU SUIS Studio cannot be held liable for complaints arising from improper use of the products.
12.2. The content of the webshop and other communications of SU SUIS Studio have been compiled with great care. However, SU SUIS Studio cannot exclude the possibility that certain information may be incorrect and/or incomplete. SU SUIS Studio is not liable for the consequences of incorrect or incomplete information provided unintentionally.
12.3. In the event of force majeure, SU SUIS Studio is not obliged to compensate the consumer for any resulting damages.
Article 13. Gift Cards
13.1. The gift card represents a prepaid value in euros.
13.2. The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash.
13.3. Gift cards are not valid in combination with sale items, special promotions or discount codes.
13.4. If the purchase amount exceeds the value of the gift card, the difference must be paid additionally. If the purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will remain available until the expiry date.
13.5. The gift card is valid until the expiry date stated on the card, which is standard 2 years from the date of issue. After the expiry date, the remaining balance will automatically lapse without any right to a refund.
13.6. Loss, theft or damage to the gift card will not be compensated.
13.7. SU SUIS Studio is not liable for misuse of the gift card by third parties. In the event of fraud or improper use, SU SUIS Studio reserves the right to invalidate the gift card.
Article 14. Applicable Law and Disputes
14.1. Dutch law exclusively applies to all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements to which these general terms and conditions apply.
14.2. Should you be dissatisfied with a product and/or service, please contact SU SUIS Studio as soon as possible by sending an email to bonjour@susuisstudio.nl. SU SUIS Studio will respond as soon as possible and work towards an appropriate solution.
Article 15. Intellectual Property
15.1. All photos and images of SU SUIS Studio are protected by copyright. Without prior written permission, it is not permitted to copy, store, publish, reproduce or otherwise use any text and/or visual material from the website, webshop or related communications of SU SUIS Studio.
